Warrnambool Library is part of the Corangamite Regional Library Corporation.
Membership is free to all residents.

Warrnambool City Library offers books, magazines, newspapers, local history materials, multi-media resources and online services for all ages.

Operating hours

The Warrnambool Library is now closed until at least 13 September. Until then, reservations can be collected from the Council Foyer from 10am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Telephone Library staff to confirm your collection time for online reservations on 5559 4990. Alternatively Library staff can make a selection of material on your behalf.
 
Items currently on loan are not expected back until we reopen, but may be returned through our external return chute which is open 24/7. There will be no fines on any item currently on loan.
 
Limited printing is also available by emailing your document to printwarrnambool [at] crlc [dot] vic [dot] gov [dot] au. Telephone the Library to confirm your collection time and the amount payable. Please note that payments can only be made by EFTPOS and a $1 minimum charge applies
 
Library staff are also available from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday and 10am to 12pm Saturdays to assist with membership queries, access to e-resources and reference queries
