Rooms for community use
The Archie Graham Community Centre has a variety of rooms of various sizes that are used for community activities and meetings from Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Rooms include a recreation room suited for group exercise, dance and workshops and forums as well as smaller rooms for meetings and indoor activities that are part of Community Centre programs. There is a small community computer centre available for community use.
Room hire
Specific details regarding room sizes, hire rates and terms and conditions can be found in the Archie Graham Centre Room Hire Form above and to the right of this text. Room hire is available outside normal business hours.
Hydrotherapy pool
The Hydrotherapy Pool is a salt-chlorinated pool to support rehabilitation needs for all community members. One hour sessions are available Monday to Friday and must be pre-booked by contacting the Archie Graham Community Centre.
Tasty Plate Café
The Tasty Plate Café operates from the Archie Graham Community Centre kitchen and dining room. It is open from 10am-2pm. The café offers coffee, tea and hot chocolate as well as assorted cold drinks. There is a small café menu with daily specials based on in-season produce.
Take home meals suitable for microwave reheating are available in the display fridge. Pop in and browse the take home meal range while you have a coffee.
Community Centre Access
The Archie Graham Community Centre facility, programs and activities aim to provide a welcoming, accessible and inclusive environment to all members of our community.
The centre has:
- Accessible parking, entrance, customer service area and cafe
- Staff available Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm for any queries
- Equipment including pool wheelchair and pool hoists
- Accessible change rooms and toilets
- Companion Card acceptance
- Rest areas and seating
- Signage with symbols
- Inclusive hydrotherapy pool access
